This two and a half hour lecture on pitching mechanics, nutrition, fitness and mental aspects of pitching will provide you the latest information from the NPA on the critical aspects of mechanics. It is also an introduction to what the NPA describes as the 'four legs of the table' required for full development of young athletes both on and off the mound.
