Get over 18 hours of valuable instruction from former MLB pitchers and catchers! You’ll get individual instruction to better your mechanics, improve your strength and throw harder. Each athlete gets one-on-one bullpen sessions with the NPA coaches and MLB professionals. Each athlete will develop and take home a program on how to continue developing long-term strength and durability.
