South Pitching Coach

National Pitching proudly serves athletes throughout the Southern United States with advanced, science-based training programs designed to help pitchers improve performance, increase velocity, and develop healthier throwing mechanics. Our network of South pitching coaches provides professional instruction for players of all ages and skill levels, from youth athletes learning the fundamentals of pitching to experienced competitors striving to reach the next level. Through private lessons, specialized camps, clinics, and year-round development opportunities, National Pitching offers a comprehensive approach to player development built on proven training principles.

The National Pitching South region is anchored by training facilities in Orlando and Altamonte Springs, Florida, where athletes have access to some of the most advanced pitching instruction available. Leading the region is Sal Lombardo, National Pitching’s Florida regional director, who resides in Altamonte Springs and works with players throughout the year. Sal and his team of South pitching coaches are dedicated to helping athletes maximize their potential through individualized coaching programs that address mechanics, arm care, recovery, strength development, and mental performance.

Unlike traditional pitching instruction, National Pitching emphasizes a data-driven, evidence-based approach rooted in biomechanics and athlete health. South pitching coaches teach athletes how to move more efficiently, generate power safely, and build sustainable habits that support long-term success on the mound. Players receive personalized feedback and development plans designed to help them achieve measurable improvement while minimizing the risk of injury.

In addition to one-on-one instruction, National Pitching’s South region regularly hosts camps, clinics, and specialized training events that allow athletes to learn from experienced coaches in a collaborative environment. These programs provide valuable opportunities for pitchers to refine their skills, gain confidence, and continue progressing throughout the year.

Families searching for trusted instruction can rely on National Pitching’s proven system and experienced South pitching coaches. With a commitment to athlete development, arm health, and performance excellence, National Pitching continues to help players throughout the South region build a stronger foundation for long-term success both on and off the field.
