Ryan began working with our son when he attended a local camp. He has gone on to do several group and individual sessions. The two have developed a relationship unlike any other coach/athlete bond I’ve seen. Having watched him teach lessons to several others, I feel confident in saying other parents probably feel the same. Ryan takes the time to truly get to know each player, their strengths/weaknesses, how they think/feel about baseball and their performance goals. It’s not unusual for him to drive to watch a game on an off day, just to see one of his players in a game situation. We’ve watched our son make tremendous strides in mechanics and velocity all while strengthening his knowledge and love of this great game.
